oh mai gosh

hehe maybe its cos its only available in the UK!!! wow like totally awesome man. i got them from........

no silly red current doesnt sell chocs like that! i just wanted to say that YAY red current is finally near meeeeeeeeeee!!!

i got the chocolates from this like british englishy up market place at pak plaza. i cant remember the name of the shop but it's in pak plaza....... -_-

another shop at sylvia park that i visited (well i visited many many shops teeheehee but thats besides the point) is UMI japanese restaurant.
it is slightly pricey.... and the food isnt that great. i mean if u're gonna place urself within the up market dining area of sylvia park, you up the price but then pls up the quality LA!
the atmosphere of the place was eeyek~ it felt so blah. like i said, up market area, but food court atmosphere.

kevin and i shared 2 mains. we ordered katsu donburi and a katsu collection.
katsu donburi was $10. and it came in a pathetically small bowl. much smaller than MENTATZ's serving size.
but the katsu collection was slightly better. of cos~ its $18.90~ lol.

it came on a massive plate. pork, chicken and fish katsu. interesting sauces too. however the salad was disappointing. anyways. so it was all good for a second or two. but by the time we got our rice and miso soup that came with it. the food had all gone cold. kevin had to ask 2 waitresses, one of them he asked twice.
THEN~ did we get our service.

perhaps its just cos it was just after the opening of that new sector of sylvia park, the rush of customers and everyone's still pretty much a trainee.

regardless.... i think i'd rate the place 4.5/10

ALTHOUGH~~ THE UNIFORMS WERE SOOOOO DARN CUTE. wish i took more pictures thou.

my darling phone

i wish i didnt let u slip out of my pocket.

i miss my phone......

i miss my phone so bad..............so bad that i have been imagining my phone everywhere..... for example.... picturing my phone on the glass facade of a building...


oh my gosh and even around the back of the building.............


and even as a building material wor! as a brick........ can u spot it? teeheehee...... HINT HINT: its the pink one...

wah so cunning summore~ my phone can really hide well...i even hallucinate my phone as a thin blade of grass.....

oh oh....................................BUT WAIT WAIT.......!!!!!!!!!!!!

even more funny is i hallucinate that i saw my phone tucked under the honeycomb at the hive in my garden. as i was scratching my head figuring out why i'm hallucinating such an image... this bee came along like no body's business like that.....

and omg it looked like my phone summore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

dont blame others for your stuff ups

yet another work story...

ok so i had work from 4-8pm today. just like any other ordinary wednesday night.
there is a booking at 6.30pm for 15-20 ppl from the girl guides, and it says that they may use the party room as well.

no one came in till...well the guides were the first customers really.
they rock up 6.30pm, some were late but u know it happens.
and the 2 guide leaders were telling the girls' parents to pick them up at 8.30pm. i was thinking "WHAT?!" when i heard it. we close at 8pm. seriously couldnt she check the closing time and not assume that we'd still be open?!


so i politely interupted lol. "oh sorry we close at 8pm". this was when she was like OH OK~ WELL PICK UR CHILDREN UP AT 8PM THEN. (so she planned to play from 6.30-7.30 and use the party room from 7.30-8.30. ok sweet thats $30/hr for the room)

there were 2 guide leaders. that was the 1st one.
the 2nd one said 'and we also will use your party room' and i asked "did u make a booking to rent it?"
she said i didnt know we had to rent it and pay for it.
i was like erm......ok nevermind, i'll let u use it since no one is. (u gotta keep the customer happy right?.......)
wah piang what they expect wor? F.O.C rental and summore wanna make me stay 30min longer than i have to????!!!!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!?

as if that wasnt enough..... WAH PIANG WEI SHOW ME BLACK FACE WOR~ NOT MY FAULT ALSO...... -_-"

after the whole group went in, a couple came.

when the guides finished playing, some bought icecreams. there was this special needs girl who spoke really loudly and she wanted an ice block but didnt have money. she said to me "I HAVE MONEY IN MY BAG I PUT IT BEHIND THE COUNTER" i said nope there's no bag here. she said "I'M NOT SURE IF THERE IS MONEY IN IT BUT IT IS WITH U BEHIND THE COUNTER" by this time i was thinking oh my gosh~~~~~ because...

1) so young and yet wanting to trick me into thinking that her guide leader's bag is hers and wanting me to take money out of it for HER ice block?!
2) maybe she forgot and really thought she did put her bag behind the counter, but COME ON~ she was so persistant about it

so i said to her well u dont have a bag back here. did u mean your guide leader's bag? why dont u go and check with her.

and so she walked away hurriedly grabbing onto the ice block. (OK ITS ONLY A DOLLAR I COULD HAVE GIVEN IT TO HER BUT ITS NOT MY BUSINESS AND IF I DID DO I HAVE TO GIVE ALL 10 GUIDES A FREE ICE BLOCK AT THE EXPENSE OF THE COMPANY?)

and so i said to her you've gotta leave the ice block here first

and she came back and left it on the counter

and she didnt come back to buy it, apart from me hearing her shouting from the party room that she wanted her ice block but had no money and the leader was saying if u dont have money u cant have an ice block.

so at 7.30 i went into the party room asking if anyone still wants to buy ice-creams. they said nope. so i went to cash up.

then 7.50 came and they were still in the room.... getting cosy not leaving. so i went in to tell them " hi just wanna let u know that we'll be closing in 5mins" and the 2nd guide leader was like yeayea we'll be out soon.

when i left the party room, the 1st guide leader walked pass me and show me black face. LIKE BAO QING TIAN so black. i smiled to her summore~ sheesh....... MY FAULT AH THAT U NV CHECK CLOSING TIME?!



as they were leaving... at 7.57pm the girls were still doodling around the vending machines. and the 2nd guide leader was like "COME ON GIRLS HURRY UP~ THIS LAYYYYYYYYYDEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE WANTS TO GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HOMEEEEEEEEEEEEE~~~~~~~~~~~"

OOooOOOOOooo that really pissed me off. she said it in such a bitchy tone.

so they left. i flicked the last switch off and locked the door. so as i'm walking round the side door to go to the carpark, there they were standing around the courtyard and i say good night and then started walking toward the pro shop to return the keys.
and the 2nd guide leader said to me "oh we're just standing out here cos we told some of the parents to pick them up at 8.30pm....." in that bitchy tone again.

what la?! u expect me to open up and let u wait inside? i even gave u free rental for crying out loud. you want me stay back? and u want the cleaners to wait for u to get out? and u want the security guard to lock up after u? say until like wanna make me guilty wor.



so i snapped back at her saying " yea no no thats fine. u can stand anyyyyyyyyyyyywhere u like outside here now that we're closed" and i walked off.

argh

i needa packa mya rooma

and chuck out some old clothes to make way for new ones seeing as the holidays are here

so, regarding my holiday down south, it is pretty exciting, yet all this planning is driving me crazy. its like gawd~ u have to think about if the other 6 in the group wanna do this or do that. and why am i doing it? cos otherwise if nothing is planned we'll just be wasting our time and money.

and there better not be a snow storm the day i wanna go boarding

and i need to get gloves -_-

i'm feeling pretty shitty atm. "leave me the f*ck alone..."-pink

this semester

this semester... alot of things happened this semester :D

well, lets see what happened shall we?

it started off with the chinese new year thing at albert park. year of the pig huh :D check out these fat creatures. just so darn cute. and so darn smelly. they are brother and sister, equally fat. i even got to pet them.

somehow, they dont seem to come from the same father. one's white, one's white and black. you do the math. teeheehee.

and then while they were prepping for the event, they had the lanterns all around the park. and just somehow some of them ended up looking like this....................

what could that chinese kid be thinking?
"just one more push~ one hard push... i can see the head!!!"
or perhaps
"why am i here and what am i looking for?"
or maybe
"eeeeeeeeeeeeee so smelly~~~!!!!!"

funny how the other lantern sculptures are lying on the ground. must have been cos it was too smelly and they all fainted.

a few months later, i landed myself with an awesome job working at jungleworld. good pay, good workmates.

this is sashi. the balloon was from a birthday party. and i was bored just b4 we closed up so i drew on it. and that is him trying to make his nipples perk out more.


and then kevin got a dog! FINALLY~!!!! his name is geri!
so darn cute hehehe :D

and then ZOOM came exams........
kaiann's pencil case n cup. kevin's calculator. cramming at eng study area.

boy are we glad its over! (well... at least for some of us bababahahahahahahah!!!!!!!!!!!!)

ALF3

do u know what ALF3 is?
i'll tell u if u dont...

it means annual loss factor 3. why 3? i also dont know. i'm guessing its version 3 lol.

anyways so yesterday i was having lunch with kevin, ben and zach at dory.
and ben, with his wandering eyes noticed that these japanese wannabes got a D for hygiene. i was kinda grossed out but then it isnt that bad i dont think. apart from the sashimi chiller thing, everything else is pretty ok.

so to look on the bright side of things i came up with my own version of the grading system. i know there are lots out there, but this is my take on what in my mind i'd like to think of the D at dory....

A - apple rotten also taste better
B - bo taste
C - can only
D - delicious
E - excellent
F - fabulous

some how i think guys would relate to such a grading system better.... except, standing for cup size.

laters. exam this afternoon. yikes!

oh shizz the work place stinks

i woke up 10ish this morning.... thinking that i only had to go to work at 3pm

lol little did i know that i checked the roster for the wrong date and i was supposed to go in at 11am. i only realised this when matt txt'd me asking if i was going in to work.

so anyways he helped me clock in anyway, and then so i kinda rushed to get out of the house, then i stopped by the gas station to get matt a drink and a cookie.
when i went in to work, i went to the pantry area to put my stuff down.

WOW WOW WOW it stunk like crazy dung....

then with all the parties going on, some customers were really really annoying, asking us to do stuff when all they were signed up for was a room hire, thinking that we were caters or servants etc. that was annoying, but every now and then we get people like that.

so ok then i decided to wash the golf balls cos they were gross.
took some boiling water and went outside to wash them.

shortly after i realised... neh not working... so i went back in and used soap and scrubbed them. and then standing at the sink after a while, matt n i were thinking about how badly it smelt and that we should do something about it....

ahhh we found rat bait and rat poo and we chucked out so much stuff. then matt used GIF to mop the floor and stuff.

then we realised awwwwww man a rat/mouse must have died in the CCTV box where all the survellance stuff's being recorded. we have the keys for that so we decided to further our INVESTIGATION!!!!!!!!!

so exciting hor!

then omg we couldnt find the keys... it was there on wed when i was working...... then we bummed around and left raja alone and we went to get the golf buggy to return some tables n chairs to the restaurant.

"DUDE, oi what DID YOU DO HERE MAN? IT STINKS!!! EVER SINCE U STARTED WORKING HERE THIS PLACE STUNK LIKE SHIT! WTH DID U PUT THERE OR DO THERE?" said matt to raja when he first walked in. hahahahahahha i was cracking up so bad!!!



when we got back we found more holes in the CCTV box where the wires were running from and we could see rat poo inside. we asked raja to stick his hand in the box and feel for anything furry LOL mouse or rats all FURRY right? hahaha even MOULD also FURRY!!!
"OI JUST GET IT THERE MATE!" i said to raja

we thought it might look something like the picture above....

"YEA MAN JUST STICK UR HAND IN THERE OR SOMETHING" said matt to raja

then we decided AIYA JUST BREAK THE DARN BOX (LOL...) we were teasing raja about how weak he was not being able to break it. then i tried picking the lock. after a LONG LONG TIME, raja broke the hinge ROFLMAO!!!!!!!!! and matt took over to try open the other door!
